MTSI Acquires J.A. Duboff & Associates

Denver, CO, August 15, 2007 --- Marshall Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), a premier business and ERP technology consulting company announced today its acquisition of J.A. Duboff & Associates (Duboff & Associates), one of Florida’s long standing providers of Sage Software products.  Founded in 1991 and based in the Sarasota-Bradenton area, Duboff & Associates served its clients from north of Tampa to east of Orlando and down to the Fort Myers - Naples region in Florida. 

The acquisition was brought about by Duboff & Associates’ President and Founder, Jim Duboff’s plan to retire soon.  MTSI, who only recently and successfully expanded their offices to Florida seized the opportunity upon meeting with Mr. Duboff.  While the move supports MTSI’s expansion plans, MTSI prepares to ensure the preservation of their renowned customer care. 

The acquisition was finalized on July 25, 2007 and will bring enhanced services and technology that were not formerly available to Duboff & Associates’ former clients.  Among them are flat rate fees, special package plans, and remote support.
