REGIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Denver, CO) Accepting Applications
The right person will play a significant part in the future growth and success of MTSI. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Centennial, CO and will report to the Business Development Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the sales cycle (of flagship products: Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP) from the initial contact through closing the sale.
Responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives within the target market.
Identifying and qualifying prospects.
Preparing and presenting accurate quotes and coverage based on customer needs.
Monitoring customer preferences, trends, and useful data back to sales management.
Assisting with customer service and communicating with the internal/external personnel during problem situations
Gaining competence in discussing, presenting, and demonstrating the product offerings that you will be selling.
Staying current on all product enhancements
Maintaining accurate and timely data in our internal data base.
Continuing to hone your selling skills by participating in all sales training programs, plus your own independent reading and class attendance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
College degree or equivalent experience preferred;
Experience in finance or accounting highly desired, but not required
Superior proposal preparation skills
Must have excellent phone skills, listening abilities, patience, and speak with precision and clarity
Sage MAS 90, MAS 200, accounting software experience preferred (or training provided)
Must have computer skills in: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; ACT! by Sage CRM a plus
Some travel required
Compensation: Benefits, base salary + commission, for a total income of $60-120k per year, commensurate with experience and hard work
