How does the program work?
Once you are signed up, you simply call our toll free number 866.848.2957. Once connected to a Certified Support Technician, they will assist you via phone. If it is necessary for us to access your system, we will send you to our website to click on our remote access program. Within seconds, we are actually working on your system remotely and you can watch everything that is being done.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The technology used during support and training uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, therefore the data is encrypted while in use. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the MRATS program is not only easy to use, but is also a secure environment. And the great thing is, you don’t need to install anything. Our system is already setup with SSL to protect your data.
How do I sign up?
Simply call our sales department at 866.848.2957, decide on the program that fits your needs, send in your payment, and that’s it. You’ll be all setup. Remember, our programs are on a “flat-fee” basis, so you will never experience hourly charges, travel time, or have questions about your invoices.
